Newborn Photographer Norman, OK || Unique || Fife Photography

Months ago when this little man's parents found out they were pregnant, I knew I wanted to shoot him, and we started our plans. Dad is the MOST dedicated/in-the-know Apple fan i have yet to meet. He always knows the latest and greatest and uses the best tools as a web developer/designer. He had the brilliant idea to incorporate some apple products, and his wide-eyed newborn played with us. 

It was so adorable to see his momma's phone buzz every few minutes with daddy asking for updates. One time her response was "Im nursing...." hahaha. Knowing dad wanted to be there so badly, i suggested we facetime, and it was so fun! THEN i thought about putting dad IN the pictures in face time. And baby "waved" back at him! Adorable. 

Dad helped choose sets/props, and we got some scottish heritage images, cute fun ones, namesake (japanese clothing) images, musical -- mom's an amazing singer and musician, and of course xbox controllers-- a family of gamers. 

He did so wonderfully, got some fun awake shots showing his personality, as well as sleepy cuddly shots. Welcome to the world little man!!

Bourm Family :: Oklahoma Family Photographer

One of the nicest people I know is this cute momma. She watched my boys for me for so many photo shoots, and is the best example of motherhood that i've ever found. You may recognize a few faces from a preview i posted from their last session a year and a half ago... I love her patience and kindness and creativity, and thoughtfulness, and talent.... she does so many wonderful things with everything she touches. 

I especially love the adorable lunches she packs for her kids-- something you'd find on pinterest! Cute cut fruits and veggies, such variety. And she certainly knows how to make sweets!!

I could go on and on. Sadly, they are moving soon! Her husband has a residency program starting in Kansas. We had to squeeze in one last photo session before they leave. I will be sad to miss such a good friend!

I hope to snag the twins for a special feature shoot.... aren't they adorable?

Oklahoma Newborn Photographer :: Outdoor beauty

Awesome alert.... first outdoor newborn session in Oklahoma!! And i rocked it! Or rather baby A did... 

I was nervous that i wouldn't get the temperature right, and baby would be so cold, or sweating hot! But even with the wind on her bare back, and then the hot sun coming out in full force, she was as content as could be. I haven't seen a more pleasant AWAKE newborn before! It sure was fun to see her pretty eyes. 

And another thing-- this momma is amazing. She made newborn lace pants/top and headband for me. I just love them!

This itty bitty sweater and pants set was a surprise for the momma-- i coordinated with a certain special person to make outfit, and the momma loved it! She will have this cute sweater to remember how tiny she once was!

This vintage baby buggy was a gift from a past client, and i've been wanting to use it for ages. For it's first voyage with me, it made me so proud.  My darling assistant Crystal posed baby, and was right off camera as safety. So glad to have her!

My littlest one comes with me for my newborn shoots typically so i can nurse him... it was a little more complicated being outdoors....  but he was a great sport. He finally fell asleep and let me put him off for almost 2 hours to feed while we finished and caught some of him as well!  Im so glad he's such a good baby!!
